Built from scratch, this 6m Shepherds hut is luxuriously grand. Housing a king bed, log burner, love seat, dining table, kitchen and full bathroom plus plenty of hooks and shelving for practicality, it’s more of a tiny home than pod! With private decking, fire pit and grill, outdoor Bush Bath and hammock, it’s all you need for a truly magical and romantic getaway glamping.

Vineyard

Planted in 2021, our new grape vines are starting to establish themselves and soon will become a shady feature of this shepherds hut. Consisting of a white grape variety “Souvignier Gris” engineered for the UK, we expect to produce a small batch wine for our glamping site in the years to come.

Design and Build

Planned and designed through the winter, our Shepherds hut became 3 dimensional in February 2022. Composed of steel chassis, timber frame and corrugated roof, this hut was built for glamping in English weather!

Dogs Roam Free

The Vineyard is fully fenced off so that you can utilise all the private outdoor facilities such as the fire-pit and hammock while your dog roams safely. Maximize your glamping enjoyment!

Eco Approach

Green & Biodegradable

The Shepherds hut has a composting loo which uses sawdust and air circulation for a greener and more civilised approach to toilets. Since all shower and sink waste lead to a soak away we supply biodegradable soaps, shampoo and detergents for a healthier and happier Earth.

Solar Power

Our aim is to become completely eco friendly and use only renewable energy. This shepherds hut runs on 100% solar electricity generated right here at Bain View Glamping. We are also currently looking into new and exciting ways to heat the water using the power of the sun.
